IAS is usually related to autoimmune disease such as Graves` disease and to previous exposure to drugs. But, IAS has not been reported in patients with hemodialysis diagnosed chronic renal failure. Recently, we experienced one case that developed symptomatic hypoglycemia in chronic renal failure.
